It's complicated-- most tend to rely on glamours rather actually than changing their bodies, but it's not a talent you see often in humans. [ well-- ] Outside of animal shifters, I suppose. But typically they can only change into one thing.

A glamour's... Sort of a fancy way of describing an illusion. Images, noises, smells...
